Muzala Samukonga is a Zambian track and field sprinter who specializes in the 400 meters. He is the current African champion and Commonwealth Games gold medalist in the event.<\/p>\n

Samukonga was born in Lusaka, Zambia on December 9, 2002. He began competing in track and field at a young age and quickly showed promise in the 400 meters. In 2019, he won the gold medal in the 400 meters at the African Junior Championships.<\/p>\n
