It’s no secret that we’re living in an increasingly digital world. ‘Screen time’ has all but consumed our workplaces, educational settings and simply put, our free time. According to new research by Builder.ai\u00ae, over 27% of Americans claim to have over 30 apps on their phone, but more than half of those admit to using only 10 or less.
