Simon Cowell’s home in London burgled as he slept – police

The house of British TV and music mogul Simon Cowell has been burgled while he and his family slept inside, London police reports.

LONDON, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM (DECEMBER 5, 2015) (ITN) – The house of British TV and music mogul Simon Cowell has been burgled, London police reported.

The incident happened in the early hours on Friday (December 4) morning, according to London Metropolitan police, while Cowell and his family slept inside.

“Police were called to an address in W14 on Friday 4 December at approximately 2:20am to reports of a burglary in progress. Officers attended the scene but the suspects had left the area. Enquiries continue. No arrests,” the statement said.

Cowell, 56, gained fame as an acid-tongued judge on television singing contests in the United States and his native Britain.
