ARMENA, ALBERTA, CANADA (AUGUST 16, 2017) (CBC) – Alberta resident, Mary Grams, found her long-lost ring on a carrot growing in her vegetable patch. Grams lost her diamond engagement ring in 2004 while pulling weeds on her family farm in Armena, Alberta, CBC reported.
“I started looking. I crawled on my hands and knees and feet and everything, hands way down, and I just couldn’t find it,” Grams recollected.
After 13 years, the missing ring popped up again, this time around a large carrot that appeared to have grown right through the ring.
The ring is now going to stay right on her finger where it belongs, Grams told CBC.
