Chelsea parade in London

LONDON, UK (MAY 25, 2015) (REUTERS) – Premier League champions and League Cup winners Chelsea paraded their trophies through London on Monday (May 25), applauded by hundreds of jubilant fans.

The Blues ended the season on a real high on Sunday when they came from behind at Stamford Bridge to beat Sunderland 3-1.

It was the last club match for 37-year-old striker Didier Drogba and possibly goalkeeper Petr Cech.

Chelsea clinched the Premier League title three weeks ago, having last won it in 2010. They finished with 87 points from 38 matches, eight clear of second-placed Manchester City.

The Blues beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 on March 1 to win the League Cup.
