As Winter Draws Near, Research Reveals That Fruit Juice Is One Of Top Three Foods For Immune Function

A poll of more than 3000 adults, commissioned by the Fruit Juice Science Centre, has found that two thirds of Brits (65%) and more than a third of French and German adults (34%) drink 100% fruit juice to support their immune function. H2-WHOA: Dehydration warning as nine out of ten Brits not drinking enough water, despite UK heatwave according to Actiph Water research

90% of Brits drink less than 2 litres of water a day, according to new research carried out by alkaline water brand Actiph, with 1 in 10 drinking no water at all.
The research also showed the nation is instead reaching for highly acidic beverages such as coffee and energy drinks.
