He was also the father of Dodi Fayed, who died in a car crash with Princess Diana in Paris in 1997. The European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA) aims to create a safer online environment for users by holding online platforms more accountable for the content they host. Under the DSA, moderators will be required to take steps to remove illegal content, such as hate speech and child sexual abuse material, from their platforms more quickly. The two countries have a long history of cooperation and have jointly worked on a number of regional initiatives. In the 2002 Zimbabwean presidential election, the Zambian government refused to recognize the results, which were won by Robert Mugabe.
