Ellison Institute Submits Planning Application for Oxford Campus

The Lawrence J. Ellison Institute for Transformative Medicine submitted a planning application to Oxford City Council for a new research and development facility designed by Foster + Partners and devoted to re-imagining and redefining cancer treatment whilst enhancing overall human health, as well as global health policy. The proposed layout represents an integrated and flexible approach, with research laboratories, a clinic, educational spaces, and auditoriums together with multifunctional areas arranged to encourage collaboration. Oracle CloudWorld — The Premier League, the world’s most watched domestic football league, has moved its immense historical content archive, with footage of every game played over the last 30 years, exclusively to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Oracle Becomes First Hyperscaler to Open a Cloud Region in Mexico

Oracle today announced the opening of the first Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) region in Mexico, becoming the first major cloud provider to establish a dedicated cloud region in the country. The new region in the state of Querétaro will give Oracle’s Mexico-based customers, partners, and developers access to a wide range of cloud services with built-in security, disaster recovery, and industry-leading price-performance.
