Jeddah: SAUDIA, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has announced the launch of “Your Ticket Your Visa”. The first-of-its-kind service provides guests with even easier access to the Kingdom through a digital integration system that links transit visas with flight tickets.
“Your Ticket Your Visa” service is introduced in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Pilgrims Service Program, and the Saudi Tourism Authority.

Ukraine war: attitudes to women in the military are changing as thousands serve on front lines

Thousands of women have voluntarily joined Ukraine’s armed forces since 2014, when Russia’s occupation of Crimea and territories in eastern Ukraine began. Over the past nine years, the number of women serving in the Ukrainian military has more than doubled, with another wave of women joining after Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022.

Michael Grecco’s touring multimedia exhibition “DAYS OF PUNK” makes its west coast debut on February 4, presenting photographs from the late 1970s through the early 1990s when he was covering the explosive punk music scene in the U.S., as well as related videos, soundscapes and vintage ephemera. An Associated Press photographer during that time, Grecco was also a self-described “club kid” who embedded himself into this revolutionary scene as both a chronicler and participant, capturing for posterity a riotously outspoken time in pop culture history.
