New Zealand opens the tournament by taking on Norway in Auckland, while Australia’s Matildas will play Ireland in front of an anticipated 80,000 fans at a sold out Stadium Australia in Sydney.

July 11, 2023 /Sports/ — Barbara Banda is a Zambian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Chinese club Shanghai Shengli and the Zambia women’s national team. She is the all-time top scorer for the Copper Queens, with 58 goals in 64 appearances.
Banda is a Tumbuka, a Bantu ethnic group that is found in eastern Zambia and Malawi. She was born in Kabwe, Zambia, and grew up in a rural village.
