Sept. 2, 2023 /World/ — Mohamed Al Fayed was a wealthy Egyptian businessman who owned Harrods department store in London. He was also the father of Dodi Fayed, who died in a car crash with Princess Diana in Paris in 1997. Al Fayed has always maintained that the crash was not an accident, but was a murder plot carried out by the British establishment. 29 August 2023 /Transport/ –The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is a low-emission zone in London, England. It was introduced in April 2019 and expanded to cover all London boroughs on August 29, 2023. The ULEZ charges drivers of vehicles that do not meet certain emission standards a daily fee to drive within the zone. The aim of the ULEZ is to reduce air pollution in London.

Film and television actors in the US came out on strike on July 14, causing Hollywood productions to shut down. The action has also had an impact on US films shooting in the UK: director Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice 2 has “paused” and the production of Deadpool 3, filming at Pinewood Studios with stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, has been stood down.
The dispute is about remuneration for actors, very few of whom enjoy the high income of Hollywood stars. But an additional argument between the union, SAG-AFTRA, and film producers is about the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Actors are fearful of the impact of AI on their careers.
